As a like-minded and agile investment partner, Configure Capital offers (i) flexibility with regards to minimum allocation size, (ii) ability to run an efficient diligence process and provide timely feedback, and (iii) a low-risk partnership.
Diverse Portfolio Construction
Configure Capital invests in various middle-market first-lien corporate credit structures including both sponsor and non-sponsor backed transactions. Our portfolio will be diversified by sector, tranche size, and originating private credit manager.
Active Approval & Management
Configure Capital portfolio investments undergo a rigorous dual-layer review, first by the originating manager, then by Configure Capital's independent assessment. Once added to the portfolio, both parties conduct ongoing, independent surveillance.

Configure Capital operates as a seasoned platform, backed by a cohesive team and deal flow from established private credit managers. Founding Partners, Jeremy Phipps and Shawn O’Leary, have worked together for over 18 years during which they helped build, operate, and successfully exit a prior credit platform. Combined, Jeremy and Shawn bring over 40 years of experience in middle-market agented loan origination, asset management, and structured products.
