Diverse Portfolio Construction
Configure Capital utilizes our dual strategies with a goal of creating a portfolio diversified by sector, tranche size, and originating private credit manager. The strategy seeks to invest in various middle-market first-lien corporate credit structures including both sponsor and non-sponsor backed transactions as well as opportunistic investment in private credit secondaries.
Active Approval & Management
Configure Capital portfolio investments undergo a rigorous dual-layer review, first by the originating manager, then by Configure Capital's independent assessment. Once added to the portfolio, both parties conduct ongoing, independent surveillance.
Continuity & Expertise
Led by industry veterans Jeremy Phipps and Shawn O’Leary, Configure Capital operates as a seasoned platform delivering institutional rigor and entrepreneurial agility. The Founding Partners have worked together for 18+ years during which time they helped build, operate, and successfully exit a prior credit platform. Combined, Jeremy and Shawn bring over 40 years of experience in middle-market agented loan origination, asset management, and structured products.
